We collect information in these categories:

  • Account & Contact Data: Name, email, phone, business details, billing info (provided during signup or use).
  • Customer Data: Data you upload/input (e.g., contacts, leads, invoices, messages)—you retain ownership; we process as your service provider.
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, features used, timestamps (automatically via logs/cookies).

UPDATED SECTION:

  • Integrations & Google API Data: Information from connected third-party services. • Support Data: Info in tickets or chats.
We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health, race, precise geolocation) unless you provide it in Customer Data (in which case you control it).

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process subscriptions, payments, and communications.
  • Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud.
  • Send Service-related notices (e.g., updates, support).
  • Analyze usage for product enhancement (anonymized/aggregated).
  • Comply with law or protect rights.
We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing. We do not train AI models on your data without explicit opt-in consent.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for functionality (e.g., login sessions) and limited analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. You can manage via browser settings, but this may limit Service features. For details, see our Cookie Notice.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate our Service:

  • Subprocessors (under strict contracts): AWS (hosting/security), Stripe (payments), Twilio/SendGrid (SMS/email), Google (integrations).
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with law, subpoenas, or protect safety/rights.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).

Important SMS Privacy Notice (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

No mobile information or phone numbers provided for SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Furthermore, we do not share your personal data for third-party marketing. A full subprocessors list is available on request.

NEW SECTION ADDED FOR GOOGLE APP VERIFICATION:

Google API Services Data Disclosure

When you choose to connect your Google services to the Service—specifically Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console (GSC)—we access, process, and display specific user data obtained via Google APIs.

1. Google Data Accessed & Collected

  • Google Business Profile (GBP): Business details, customer reviews, response data, local search insights, and performance metrics.
  • Google Ads: Campaign metrics, ad spend, impressions, click-through rates, conversion data, and account configuration details.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Website/app traffic metrics, user engagement stats, conversion events, and traffic acquisition channels.
  • Google Search Console (GSC): Search query performance, organic clicks, impressions, click-through rates (CTR), site indexing status, and search rankings.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Data accessed via Google APIs is used exclusively within our Service to display reporting dashboards, generate marketing intelligence, and assist you in making informed decisions to optimize your connected Google marketing platforms.

3. Storage, Sharing, and AI Restrictions

  • Storage & Security: Google API data is transmitted using encrypted protocols (TLS) and stored securely in AWS (AES-256 encryption at rest) solely for rendering your account analytics and history.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google API data to third parties, external platforms, or data brokers, except as strictly necessary to host our Service or comply with valid legal processes.
  • No Advertising or AI Model Training: We do not use Google API data to target advertisements, sell user profiles, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

4. Revocation and Data Deletion

You can disconnect Google integrations at any time directly in your account settings or revoke access globally via Google Security Account Settings. Disconnecting your Google integrations immediately stops future data retrieval. All cached Google API data is deleted upon account termination or upon your written request to [email protected].

Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed for Service provision, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Customer Data is deleted upon account termination (after a 30-day export window per our Terms of Service). Anonymized data may be kept longer for analytics.

Security

We use reasonable measures: encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, MFA, regular audits, backups. Hosted on AWS (ISO 27001/SOC compliant). No system is 100% secure—we notify you of breaches affecting your data as required by law (e.g., within 72 hours where applicable).

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (e.g., California under CCPA/CPRA, other states like Indiana/Kentucky/Rhode Island), you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell/share for cross-context behavioral ads).
  • Limit sensitive data use (none collected by us directly).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising rights.
Submit requests to [email protected]. We verify identity and respond within statutory timelines (e.g., 45 days under CCPA). Authorized agents accepted with proof.

For global users: If accessing from regions with stricter laws (e.g., GDPR), we process data in the US; you consent to this transfer.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent (per COPPA). If we learn of such data, we delete it.

International Transfers

Data is processed/stored in the US (AWS). We use safeguards for transfers where required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified via email or in-Service notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
